  Called Tuesday for iPhone screen replacement. Was told they had to order and would be in Weds after 4 pm and would take 1 hour. Told them that I'd come in Thurs or Fri. Went in Thurs at 3 pm and was told would take 2 hours. Next was told that they were out of my screen because they were putting it on another phone. No apologies or discussion about how to make this right. Two guys acted like this was all my fault. "Was an hour when you called but we are busy now". "You must not have left your name". Very rarely have seen this level of lack of customer service.
