  All the Big 5 stores I’ve been to in Las Vegas/Henderson were great, but this particular store was trashed, no customer service, poor selection. Perhaps it was just a popular sales day.

  I unfortunately never have a good experience at Big 5. It's always my last choice but in Carson it's the only choice (unless you want to drive thirty more minutes to Reno). It's always a disorganized mess, shelves crammed, poor layout.
