Worst pharmacy. They always say that they haven't received a fax for a prescription even when it's been an hour and a half or it's been faxed over 3 times. They make up every excuse. "Goes through a hub so that they don't get hacked." " Takes an hour to get them." "Can take up to 3 hours to get them" Most of the time the prescription is in their basket and they're too lazy to go look for it. Happened to a co-worker of mine after her doctor faxed it 3 times and refused to fax it again. Turns out it was there the whole time. Hate this pharmacy and will be switching.

If I could give minus stars I would. This has been the worse experience I've had at a CVS Pharmacy. Waited about an hour at the drive thru pharmacy, granted 2 cars ahead. When I did get to the window no one would come to the window, so I honked to get someone attention and the guy behind the counter waves me off. So I decide to go in and get his name. Come to find out Dave is the pharmacy manager and you can't make a complaint that will go anywhere. The store manager wouldn't want to hear about my complaint because the pharmacy is its own entity. I will never shop or use a CVS pharmacy again. The Walgreens says it gets a lot of business from CVS because of the long waits and bad service.

This pharmacy should get negative stars. They are supposed to call in a refill for you according to their service. Yet, when I never heard from them I showed up in person to find out what was up. They were nice enough to give me a 3 day supply but when it was gone and I called them again, they tell me they are waiting to hear from the dr. every time I spoke to a pharmacy employee, they said they would refax or they'd take care of it. I finally called the dr. myself and was ready to cuss them out, when the receptionist looked up the info for me, she said they had never heard from the pharmacy but they would gladly call it in. Hmmm. The receptionist also gave me their fax number, when I asked for it just in case the pharmacy was faxing God instead of the Dr. I called back the pharmacy and asked if they had the right fax number and yes they had and she said shed fax them again. Just by the sound of their voices, I can tell who is the incompetent here. CVS pharmacy!! I also received a call from the Dr. office telling me it had been called in. This medication is the blood pressure medicine for a 92 year old patient. It states that he should never stop taking it because it could cause complications. CVS, you Suck!
