  I am really disappointed in the service availability of staff at this location. Not only did I never get any assistance in blinds after two trips to the department desk and two trips to the Customer Service desk, but I am never able to get an operator to answer without waiting for more than 3-5 minutes (or more). You either need to hire more staff or train them to be more responsive to customers that need help, either within the store or on the phone. I have had incredible service from the other Home Depot in Carson City and will shop there from now on, even though it is farther away.

  They held an out of season item they had in stock for me and made sure it was there before I drove an hour to pick it up.... Great service much appreciated!
